It has long been a sadness to me that F1 drivers are not permitted by their contracts to race other formulae. My favorite driver of all time is Jimmy Clark but that doesn’t come from his Grand Prix exploits but from watching him live throwing a Lotus Cortina around the old Crystal Palace circuit
